Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DJWorth, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

DJWorth is a career and financial tracking application designed for DJs to manage gigs, venues, earnings, expenses, invoices, and guest lists. Our service includes:

  • Gig and booking tracking (dates, fees, deposits, payment status)
  • Venue directory and venue intel you save or browse
  • Expenses per gig and optional invoice line items
  • Invoice creation and PDF export
  • Guest lists and shareable door lists per show
  • Career statistics, charts, and anonymized earnings benchmarks
  • Contacts and promoter details you choose to store
  • Feature requests you submit in the app

User Accounts

You must sign in to use DJWorth. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use at contact@djworth.app

Use License

Permission is granted to use DJWorth for personal, non-commercial purposes related to managing your DJ career. This license does not include:

  • Resale or commercial use of the service
  • Redistribution of the application
  • Reverse engineering or modification of the app
  • Use for any unlawful purpose

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
  • To violate applicable international, national, or local laws or regulations
  • To infringe upon our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
  • To upload guest or contact information without a lawful basis to do so

Payment Terms

Important: DJWorth is a tracking and organizational tool. We do not process gig payments, collect fees on your behalf, or handle financial transactions between you and venues, promoters, or agents.

You are responsible for:

  • All financial transactions with your clients, venues, promoters, and agents
  • Ensuring payment terms are clearly established with them
  • Following up on outstanding payments
  • Compliance with tax and financial regulations in your jurisdiction

Pricing

DJWorth is currently offered at no charge. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future, we will update these Terms and disclose pricing before you are charged.

Data and Privacy

Your data is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Guest Lists and Third-Party Information

You may enter names and details for guest lists and contacts. You represent that you have a lawful basis to collect and use that information and that sharing exported lists complies with applicable privacy laws.

Eligibility / Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. In certain jurisdictions, the minimum age of consent for online services may be higher (up to 16 years old). By using the app, you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement in your country or region, or that you have verifiable parental or guardian consent.

Intellectual Property

DJWorth, including its design, code, features, logos, and branding, is owned by Redshift Group and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are granted to you. You retain ownership of the content and data you input into the app.

No Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice

The app provides tracking and organizational tools only. It does not provide financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Career benchmarks and statistics are informational. You should consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits or revenues; loss of data; or business interruptions arising from or related to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claims relating to the service shall not exceed the amounts you paid (if any) for the service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Availability and Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (in whole or in part) at any time with or without notice. We are not responsible for unavailability, delays, or failures caused by third-party providers, including app stores and cloud services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Upon termination, provisions intended to survive (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) shall survive.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Courts located in France shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may also have rights to bring claims in your country of residence under mandatory consumer protection laws.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the app or by other reasonable means. Your continued use after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
