DJWorth ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Redshift Group. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights when you use our mobile app and website at https://djworth.app.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account or use the service. This includes:

  • Account credentials (email and password for sign-in)

  • Profile information (name, artist or stage name, reporting currency, and optional phone, Instagram, address, and tax details you provide)

  • Gig and booking data (venues, dates, fees, deposits, payment status, agent commission, notes)

  • Expenses and invoice details you enter

  • Guest list names and access types you add per show

  • Contacts and promoter details you save

  • Venue information you create or browse in the directory

  • Feature requests you submit

  • Usage of app features needed to operate the service

We do not collect government IDs, health data, or biometrics.

Information You Provide About Others

You may enter names and details for guest lists, promoters, and contacts. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect and use that information.

How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve DJWorth
  • Authenticate your account and sync your data across devices
  • Display your gig history, income trends, career statistics, and benchmarks
  • Generate invoices and guest list exports you request
  • Respond to support requests at contact@djworth.app
  • Ensure the security of our platform
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Career Benchmarks

The Career tab may show how your year-to-date earnings compare to aggregated statistics from other DJWorth users. Benchmarks use anonymized, aggregated data. We do not expose other users' individual fees or identities to you.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored with our third-party cloud provider (see Third-Party Services below).

We implement appropriate measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including:

  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Access controls and authentication
  • Row-level security so each account can access only its own data

Optional sign-in credentials may be stored on your device using the platform secure storage (for example, to speed up sign-in). That storage stays on your device.

Third-Party Services

  • Supabase (authentication and cloud database hosting)

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

Legal Basis for Processing (EEA/UK Users)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data based on:

  • Contract: to provide the services you request
  • Consent: where you choose to provide optional information (for example, phone or Instagram on your profile)
  • Legitimate interests: to improve, secure, and maintain our services

Data Retention

We retain your personal data while you maintain an account. If you delete your account, we will delete your data from our systems within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.

You can clear your gigs, venues, contacts, invoices, guest lists, and related data from within the app using Reset all data in Account. That action does not delete your sign-in account.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your account and data
  • Export your data (for example, via invoice or guest list exports and data you enter in the app)
  • Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Withdraw consent and stop using the app at any time

Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. In certain jurisdictions, the minimum age may be higher (between 13 and 16). We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the applicable minimum age. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately so we can delete it.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on https://djworth.app/privacy with a new effective date.
